Wisconsin’s national forests are home to some of the most striking
beauty on earth and provide us with unparallel recreational
opportunities. Less than 2 percent of our forests are still wild and the rest

Wisconsin Environment applauded the governor’s decision and is now working with legislative leaders to make sure Wisconsin’s land legacy is protected for future generations.
