(Madison – WI) Wisconsin Environment announced today
its endorsement of Steve Kagen for re-election to the U.S. House of
Representatives, citing his consistent support of clean, homegrown energy and
protections of the “By returning Steve Kagen to Congress we know we
will have a leader who represents Representative Kagen has served In his first term, Representative Kagen voted to
expand renewable energy and energy efficiency measures and to extend clean
energy incentives by cutting subsidies to big oil. He is

Legislator, Gard was on the wrong side of almost every environmental issue,
including waterway protections, land conservation and mercury pollution,

inspires confidence that he will continue to support legislation that protects
our environment while creating jobs through a clean energy economy,” concluded
