Tell Apple to Stop Greenwashing!

Sign the petition to get Apple to either support e-waste recycling legislation or to back off:

Dear Apple,

I know that you’d like to have a reputation as a green company. Your Web site touts your commitment to recycling as one of the ways the company is green. The problem is that you have hired lobbyists from the Information Technology Industry Council to attempt to derail common-sense legislation to establish an electronics recycling program in Wisconsin.

As a consumer, I want to be able to trust that what a company like Apple says is true. And I want Wisconsin to have a program to recycle electronic waste. It's time to put your money where your mouth is -- support recycling programs or get out of the way.

Sincerely,
